Paul has been working in the not-for-profit sector for over 20 years.
Having ‘trod the boards’ he turned to being involved in the management of theatres and then worked in a broad range of charities before establishing Kairos Fundraising Solutions in 2011.
Since then Paul has worked for a wide cross section of organisations on small, medium and large scale projects in the arts, disability, education, children and youth sectors, hospices, Christian charities, cathedrals and churches.
For over a decade he has been part fo the Chartered Institute of Fundraising’s South West Regional Group hosting conferences, training and networking for thousands of fundraisers every year.
When he is not working he can be found in the garden talking to his chickens.
